JonOne’s Untitled painting, estimated to be worth up to $500,000 in 2016. Was defaced by its audience unknowingly using paint pots that were next to the painting not realising they were part of the art installation.
In its unrestored form, it has been a magnet for visitors, who are taking selfies in front of it.
The exhibition took place in Seoul, the unfortunate couple admitted there mistake but may have to pay for restoration fees.
