Messengers of the past forgotten – Assemblage Collection
Each assemblage represents a tableaux that conveys a diagrammatic map of past experiences relating to my ancestral past. The ‘affective’ objects resonate a ‘truth’ laid bare. A messenger from the past, a symbol of domesticity, discovery of portrayal,mental illness, faith, love and loss. They also represent our attachment to objects and their ubiquitous nature of sentimentality and physical.
